If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition within 60 days of the date of receipt.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Please check the process for lodging your return or exchange below.
  • The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 60 days from when the original order was received.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use tracked shipping methods. Returns or exchanges sent without tracking will not be processed.
  • Any promotional gifts received with the order must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Note: Please do not ship returns to the address on your package. That is not our return address, and doing so will affect the processing of your return.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized items are non-refundable, unless the engravings or photos are totally different from what you provided to us in your original order.
  • Items without tags, or that have been used, damaged or altered, are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Items that were used, or were sent to you as a replacement or exchange, are not refundable.

Refunds

  • Returns will be processed within 5 days of receipt of your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and cannot be returned to alternate accounts or different forms of payment.
Note: Customers who received free shipping on their orders will have shipping deducted from their refund.

Shamram.com will compensate customers with an additional $10 for return shipping fees under either of the following circumstances:

  • Customer received the wrong item.
  • The item received is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
